Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://homeinspectiondouglasville.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. In-Spect-Ready Home Inspections reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Services. In-Spect-Ready Home Inspections provides Home Inspection, Energy Audit, HVAC, Air Conditioning Installation, Foundation Inspection and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://homeinspectiondouglasville.com is the property of In-Spect-Ready Home Inspections or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
End of Use. In-Spect-Ready Home Inspections may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. In-Spect-Ready Home Inspections does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Limitation. In no event will In-Spect-Ready Home Inspections's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify In-Spect-Ready Home Inspections from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by GA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in GA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
